Kotini Autumn Referral Terms and Conditions
Last modified: 14th August 2026
1. Promoter
The promoter is Kotini Ltd. Company number: 13884385 and registered address Floor 4, Sutton Yard, 65 Goswell Road, London, EC1V 7EN. (“Kotini”).
2. Offer Period
Referrals may be submitted from the launch of this offer until 23:59 on 30 September 2026 (the “Offer Period”).
Referrals received after the end of the Offer Period will not qualify. There is no deadline for a referred Company to reach the case threshold set out in section 7.
3. General Eligibility
The offer is open to estate agencies across the England, Wales and Scotland.
To submit a referral you must be an Active Agency. An “Active Agency” is an estate agency (“Company”) that:
- has a current Kotini agreement and has neither given nor received notice to end it;
- has no invoices overdue by more than 30 days (“Good Standing”); and
- has completed at least one Sales Case on the Kotini platform in the two months immediately before submitting the referral.
A “Sales Case” is a sales case created on the Kotini platform and marked as complete in line with Kotini’s standard case lifecycle. Cases that are cancelled, withdrawn, are duplicated, or are created for testing or training purposes do not count. Kotini’s determination of whether a case qualifies as a Sales Case is final.
Employees of Kotini, their families, and anyone professionally connected with the offer are excluded.
Where a Company holds a reseller, partner, introducer or commission agreement with Kotini, it may not claim under this offer for the same introduction.
Automated, false or manipulated referrals will be disqualified.
4. Qualifying Referrals
A referred Company must:
- be a UK residential estate agency operating as a business;
- be new to Kotini, meaning it does not have and has never had a Kotini agreement;
- not be under common ownership or control with the referrer, and not be a branch, office or trading name of the referrer’s own business; and
- sign a Kotini agreement in its own name.
Referrals must be submitted before the referred Company contacts Kotini or Kotini contacts them.
Only one referral may be credited per referred Company. Where two or more referrals name the same Company, the first valid referral received is the one that counts.
There is no limit on the number of Companies a referrer may refer.
5. Referral Process
Referrals must be submitted to sales@kotini.co.uk, giving the referred Company’s business name and a named contact, before the end of the Offer Period.
Before submitting a referral you must have the named contact’s permission to pass their details to Kotini for the purpose of being contacted about Kotini. Kotini will handle those details in line with its privacy policy at https://kotini.co.uk/privacy-policy.
6. The Credit
The credit is £200 of Kotini platform credit (“Platform Credit”), awarded to both the referrer and the referred Company.
Platform Credit is applied to a Kotini account and set against sales case charges. It cannot be used against any other charge Kotini may introduce or pass on, unless Kotini confirms otherwise in writing.
Platform Credit is not cash, has no cash value, and is non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged for money, moved to another account or business, sold or assigned.
7. When Credit Is Awarded
| Who | Credit | Trigger | Conditions |
|---|---|---|---|
| The referred Company | £200 | Kotini agreement signed and account provisioned | The Company must meet the conditions in section 4. |
| The referrer | £200 | The referred Company completes five Sales Cases | The referrer must be in Good Standing on the date the credit falls due. Multiple awards allowed, one per referred Company. |
Credit is applied to the next invoice issued after the relevant trigger is met, and in any event within 30 days of it being met.
8. Using the Credit
- Platform Credit must be used within three months of the date it is issued. Any unused balance then lapses.
- Where an invoice is smaller than the credit available, the remaining balance carries forward to subsequent invoices until it is used up or lapses.
- Credit is applied to the gross (including VAT) amount due.
- Credit cannot be applied to invoices already issued or paid.
- Credit is not available in combination with any other Kotini discount, promotion or introductory offer covering the same period, unless Kotini confirms otherwise in writing.
9. Verification
Kotini may require referrers and referred Companies to provide evidence of eligibility, identity, ownership or trading status.
Kotini will verify Sales Case counts from its own platform records, and those records are final for the purposes of this offer.
Kotini may disqualify any participant who fails to provide the required information, or who attempts to manipulate or game the offer. This includes referrals that are not genuine, referrals submitted without the referred Company’s knowledge, arrangements involving connected or artificially separated businesses, and Sales Cases created to inflate a case count.
10. Termination and Withdrawal of Credit
If a referred Company’s agreement is terminated, or notice is given on it, before it completes five Sales Cases, no credit becomes payable to the referrer.
If a referrer is no longer in Good Standing when their credit falls due, the credit will not be issued.
Where a Kotini agreement ends, any unused Platform Credit on that account lapses on termination and is not refundable. Credit already applied to a paid invoice will not be reclaimed.
11. Publicity
Kotini may wish to reference a referral, including a Company name or a short statement, in its marketing material. Kotini will ask for the Company’s agreement before doing so.
12. Changes and Cancellation
Kotini may amend, suspend or cancel the offer at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the Kotini website.
Referrals validly submitted before a change takes effect will be honoured under the terms that applied when they were submitted.
13. Liability
Kotini accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete or corrupted referrals, or for technical issues preventing participation. Kotini’s total liability in connection with this offer is limited to the value of the Platform Credit.
Kotini gives no guarantee that a referred Company will become a customer, and nothing in these terms obliges Kotini to accept any business.
These terms sit alongside a participant’s existing Kotini agreement. Where they conflict, the Kotini agreement takes precedence.
14. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
