Kotini Gift Card Referral Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 6th October 2026
1. Promoter
The promoter is Kotini Ltd. Company number: 13884385 and registered address Floor 4, Sutton Yard, 65 Goswell Road, London, EC1V 7EN (“Kotini”).
2. Offer Period
Referrals may be submitted from 00:01 01 September 2026 until 23:59 on 31 August 2027 (the “Offer Period”).
Referrals received after the end of the Offer Period will not qualify. A referral submitted within the Offer Period remains eligible if the referred Company meets the conditions in section 7 after the Offer Period ends.
3. Who Can Refer
The offer is open to any individual aged 18 or over who is resident in the United Kingdom (the “Referrer”). The Referrer does not need to be a Kotini customer.
The following people are excluded:
- employees of Kotini, their families, and anyone professionally connected with the offer;
- anyone who holds, or whose business holds, a reseller, partner, introducer or commission agreement with Kotini, for the same introduction; and
- any owner, director, partner or employee of the referred Company, or of a business under common ownership or control with it.
If the Referrer is employed by, or works on behalf of, another business, it is the Referrer’s responsibility to make sure that accepting a gift card is permitted under that business’s policies.
Automated, false or manipulated referrals will be disqualified.
4. Qualifying Referrals
A referred estate agency (“Company”) must:
- be a residential estate agency operating as a business in England, Wales or Scotland;
- be new to Kotini, meaning it does not have and has never had a Kotini agreement;
- not be a branch, office or trading name of a business that has or has had a Kotini agreement; and
- sign a Kotini agreement in its own name.
Referrals must be submitted before the referred Company contacts Kotini or Kotini contacts them.
Only one referral may be credited per referred Company. Where two or more referrals name the same Company, the first valid referral received is the one that counts.
There is no limit on the number of Companies a Referrer may refer.
5. Referral Process
Referrals must be submitted to sales@kotini.co.uk or via one of our referral forms before the end of the Offer Period, giving:
- the Referrer’s full name, email address; and
- the referred Company’s business name, a named contact and their email.
Before submitting a referral, the Referrer must have the named contact’s permission to pass their details to Kotini for the purpose of being contacted about Kotini. Kotini will handle all personal details, including the Referrer’s, in line with its privacy policy at https://kotini.co.uk/privacy-policy.
6. The Reward
The reward is a £200 Amazon gift card (the “Gift Card”), awarded to the Referrer.
The Gift Card is subject to the issuer’s own terms and conditions, including any expiry date. Kotini is not responsible for the Gift Card once it has been delivered.
The Gift Card has no cash alternative and is non-transferable. Kotini may substitute a gift card of equal value from another provider if the original is unavailable.
7. When the Gift Card Is Paid
The Gift Card becomes due when the referred Company has onboarded its fifth Sales Case on the Kotini platform within three months of the date it signs its Kotini agreement (the “Qualifying Period”).
A “Sales Case” is a sales case created on the Kotini platform for a genuine property transaction and onboarded in line with Kotini’s standard case lifecycle. Cases that are cancelled before onboarding, duplicated, or created for testing or training purposes do not count. Kotini’s determination of whether a case qualifies as a Sales Case is final.
If the referred Company has not onboarded five Sales Cases by the end of the Qualifying Period, no Gift Card is payable.
The Gift Card will be sent to the email address the Referrer gave with the referral within 30 days of the fifth Sales Case being onboarded. One Gift Card is payable per referred Company.
8. Verification
Kotini may require Referrers and referred Companies to provide evidence of eligibility, identity, ownership or trading status.
Kotini will verify Sales Case counts from its own platform records, and those records are final for the purposes of this offer.
Kotini may disqualify any participant who fails to provide the required information, or who attempts to manipulate or game the offer. This includes referrals that are not genuine, referrals submitted without the referred Company’s knowledge, arrangements involving connected or artificially separated businesses, and Sales Cases created to inflate a case count.
If Kotini finds after a Gift Card has been issued that the referral did not meet these terms, Kotini may request that the Gift Card, or its value, be returned.
9. Termination
If the referred Company’s Kotini agreement is terminated, or notice is given on it, before it onboards five Sales Cases, no Gift Card becomes payable.
10. Tax
The Referrer is responsible for any tax that may be due on the Gift Card. Kotini does not give tax advice.
11. Publicity
Kotini may wish to reference a referral, including a Company name, a Referrer’s first name or a short statement, in its marketing material. Kotini will ask for agreement before doing so.
12. Changes and Cancellation
Kotini may amend, suspend or cancel the offer at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the Kotini website.
Referrals validly submitted before a change takes effect will be honoured under the terms that applied when they were submitted.
13. Liability
Kotini accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete or corrupted referrals, or for technical issues preventing participation. Kotini’s total liability in connection with this offer is limited to the value of the Gift Card.
Kotini gives no guarantee that a referred Company will become a customer, and nothing in these terms obliges Kotini to accept any business.
Where a participant has an existing Kotini agreement, these terms sit alongside it. Where they conflict, the Kotini agreement takes precedence.
14. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
