What we wanted to achieve

As a director of the company, I focus on running and growing the business, working on it rather than necessarily in it.

One of my valuers took some time off, which caused me to be a little more hands-on with our residential sales. I immediately enjoyed getting back out, meeting clients and valuing properties but hated the number of tabs and systems I had open back at the office just to a listing on the market.

I wanted a better way to get my residential sales on the market, not just for me when I’m stepping back into business but for my team so they’re not wasting their time.

The team and I share and attach this link to listings, eliminating manual printing or PDFs. Adding this to listings automatically makes us NTS compliant, reducing our admin while boosting information for potential buyers empowering informed decisions earlier in the process.
