We work with you on a pay-as-you-go basis; you can cancel your contract anytime with 30 days' notice.

You can lock in discounts by agreeing to a longer fixed-term contract or committing to a particular volume, but the choice to do this is entirely yours.

Your fees are based on your plan and the number of properties your onboard each month. You'll pay for Kotini each calendar month.

There's no long, multi year contracts here. You can cancel with 30 days notice, anytime. We want you to be using us because we add value, not because you're stuck in a contract.

Quite simply, we take an onboarding admin fee from your client through Kotini instead of charging you.

You have control over how much you charge your clients, so you can decide whether to pass on some, all or even more of the cost of Kotini. If you charge more than the Kotini fee, you can generate a small income to cover any other costs of onboarding you have outside of Kotini.

You can also choose whether to charge sellers, buyers or both.

We can switch off ID & AML checks in Kotini and adjust our price whilst you finish with your existing system to avoid you paying for something twice.

Once your current contract ends, we can turn the ID & AML checks on in Kotini. It's entirely up to you.
