Perry Power dreamt up his agency after his mum had a nightmare experience with an estate agent when he was 12 years old in 1998 – In 2014 Power Bespoke was born! Since then Power Bespoke have helped over 1,900 clients move onto the next chapter of their lives with an average of 46 days to agreed sale (compared to the national average of 168 days). Power Bespoke pride themselves on being personable, remarkable, and simple.

What we wanted to achieve

I love automation and wanted to optimise my customer experience by streamlining admin, and give my clients a simple and user-friendly service. My goal is to minimise the time taken for clients to complete their admin, especially when listing their property, with the broad aim of speeding up the sales process. At Power Bespoke we’re constantly aiming to enhance overall satisfaction and drive quicker property transactions.

When we started using Kotini, we gained huge reductions in the onboarding time for our clients – with our first two clients onboarding in 8 and 11 minutes. Beyond the system itself, the team behind Kotini is always there to help. I wanted to move away from using PDFs to share material information and start adding all the information to the property listing as per the National Trading Standards guidance. I asked Kieran and the team if they could create a digital space for each of my listings, and within a week, they had it live.

The team and I share and attach this link to listings, eliminating manual printing or PDFs. Adding this to listings automatically makes us NTS compliant, reducing our admin while boosting information for potential buyers empowering informed decisions earlier in the process.
